Summer Work Placements
We have several temporary undergraduate work placement opportunities across various parts of the business this summer. Join us for a period of approx. 6 - 12 weeks this summer and gain valuable business experience (from placements in 2010 we may look to recruit a selected few for permanent vacancies in 2011).
These placements are designed to give candidates the opportunity to gain valuable business experience - from day one you will be adding value to our business by working in a real job, with real responsibility.
Most learning will be in the form of on-the-job coaching from experienced colleagues and selected project work.

Graduate Scheme
Our scheme started with our first graduate intake in 2002 and has grown considerably over the past few years. It provides the opportunity to join a prestigious company, well known in the local area. We are consistently placed in the top 5 of the Top 100 Businesses in Gloucestershire.
It is intended as a means of fast tracking ambitious and successful graduates into key decision-making roles within two to three years. You will be placed in a real job from day one and will be expected to contribute to our continuing success whilst learning about our business.
You can expect to spend approximately 6 to 12 months in any one placement.

Sales Analyst & Planner
To produce and maintain daily, monthly and adhoc reports which are distributed as necessary to the company. To provide additional support and information to departments, including Network Development and Product as required.
Assist Network Development in new dealer target setting and provide additional territory statistics as required. Maintain the Company defined competitive segments, liaise with Product Department as required.
Provide Area Managers with regular updates on dealers sales performance and adhoc statistics as required. Create and maintain a number of set ‘Month End’ reports based on that months sales data, both market and Company.
